Goal

WeWash wanted to build a website and software that would allow them to sell bar-coded laundry bags linked to a user account in a central database. Users of the service could then drop their dirty laundry in a drop box, usually right in their building. where WeWash picks up the laundry, scans the bar code, auto-bills the account, processes the laundry, and again scans, notifying the user that the process is complete.

Result

We built for WeWash a custom software solution consisting of a central website and database. New registrations can be processed through the system, which will generate bar coded tags as a printable PDF. Bar code scans are processed from a thick-client application, which communicates to the server via an XML API, and all transactions are securely processed through the central server.
