Goal

Linea Luxe has a very specific niche, requiring design knowledge and technical expertise that would allow the devleopment of a haute couture e-commerce website. They wanted a very specific image, and required specialized product catalog and shopping cart functionality that would require customization. They also had 5000 products to import, and a one month deadline, to be able to launch before the Christmas shopping season ended!

Result

Due to tight deadlines, Transio created a highly customized Magento shopping cart installation for this project, tailoring the MVC framework and database to the client's needs. We then created a custom import script that would automate the conversion and import of the client's multi-dimensional Excel spreadsheets and product photos into the database. We wrapped all this together into an attractive, luxuriant website just in time for shopping season!
