Goal

A technological / religious thriller, Certain Cure was Jennifer Valoppi's first novel. An multi-award-winning jounalist with nationwide recognition, Ms. Valoppi was for the first time in her career exploring uncharted waters. She wanted to create an image for her book and website that would promote the concept well, and that would help her first book be a huge success.

Result

We created a unique-looking book cover and matching website with a tactile approach, using textures and materials that would express the dichotomy of old and new, technology and spirituality that are integral to her novel, and simultaneously reflect the dark and sinister plot of the book. The result is a striking image that conveys the book's theme well.
