Chicken Kitchen

Chicken Kitchen is a rapidly expanding casual fast-food franchise, with over 40 locations primarily in Florida, but on the verge of a nationwide expansion.  They needed a fun, dynamic, consumer-oriented website to help give their brand some personality.  In the process of making their website, Transio not only made a very appealing website, but helped define their brand: not-so-serious, non-conformist, and a little irreverant.

Herboria

DuPage Acupuncture and Herbs called Transio with a true tragedy on their hands.  They had hired a leading web development company to build them a successful online herb store with news articles and SEO, and spent nearly $20,000, resulting in a travesty of web design, which got them little traffic and no sales.  The name selected was dupageactupunctureandherbs.com, a poorly chosen name reflective of the poor effort put into making a success of the site.

We see this story a lot at Transio, and it saddens us. For a mere fraction of the client's initial expense, we fixed everything.  We found an available domain name (20 of them, actually) that would be catchy and easy to remember.  We designed a new logo and a beautiful new e-commerce website, added a content management system so the client could add articles themselves, forums to allow a community to develop, and helped them get on the way.  The result is zen-like - a website that finally meets all of the client's needs for less than their initial budget.

Lavish Living is a directory/portal site custom-built by Transio using Java Server Pages and Microsoft SQL server.  For this project, we implemented a very robust and scalable architecture that would allow the company to grow to a multimillion member database without performance issues.  We also designed many custom Flash components for this site, such as a dynamic World search map (see above).
