StainSafe is the leading provider of furniture warranty services in the USA.

With over 5000 field technicians and 500 CSRs, StainSafe's needs for intra-organizational communications is paramount in maximizing efficiency, and ultimately, profitability. Transio/Synthelogic, having developed a long-term relationship with StainSafe, was contracted to develop multiple facets of their custom CRM solution, including many improvements to its infrastructure and the development of a tablet-PC client application that field reps could use to photograph and document customers' damaged furniture on-site, instantly transmit those reps to CSRs at the home-base, and moments later receive approval or denial of claims. This particular application almost doubled the company's overall efficiency, eliminating the need for multiple trips to a customer to service the same request.
