Steven founded Transio leveraging a wealth of knowledge from a technology, advertising, and multimedia career that has spanned more than a decade. Prior to founding Transio, Steven was the Creative Director of Grass Roots America, the International leader in the Incentive Marketing industry. Previously, Steven was EVP of Engineering efforts at Synthelogic Corporation, an enterprise software development company, where he led the development of commercial grade software projects for companies such as GE and GM. In his career, Steven has worked on the development of more than 500 enterprise applications, web applications, and creative projects, in various roles and stages of development. He attended the University of Pennsylvania and Florida International University, and holds a B.S. cum laude. His studies included Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Fine Arts, and Architecture.

Greg is a technical professional and businessman with over 15 years of experience in the software development and Internet industry. He is currently Transio's VP of Engineering, architecting and leading the development of our large-scale client solutions. He came on board with Transio in 2009, when we acquired the assets of our partner company, SyntheLogic Corporation. Previously, as President of SyntheLogic Corporation, Greg led the company in its 9 year history, in growing to a staff of over 20 and servicing the development of multiple Enterprise software development projects for Fortune 2000 companies. In 2004, SLC acquired BitTime - a high-tech incentive marketing company, which Greg led in growth to over 80 employees, until it was sold in 2008 to Grass Roots Group, the world's second-largest incentive solution provider. In 2007, when Transio was formed, SLC partnered with us for the continued provision of development and support services to its clients. In 2009, Greg came on board with us to continue providing services to SLC's former clients, and to assist in further business development with our new clients.

Research and Development

"Turbo" Pascual is a conceptual media software developer with over 10 years of experience creating innovative Internet-media applications, audio production. Prior to coming on board with Transio, Turbo led the R&D of state of the art media systems for Bardan International, and was an Adobe Flash integration specialist for Apple Corporation. Turbo attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied Comparative Media Studies, a program committed to the art of thinking across media, theoretical domains, and cultural contexts.

Working from our offices in New York, Andre is a highly accomplished “prodigy” interface designer with over 10 years of experience in the leading interface development tools. In his work with Transio, he has designed web interfaces for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Blackberry/RIM, FedEx, Lenovo, Autodesk, Cisco, EMC, and more. His work has been lauded by individuals such as EVP of EMC and Director of Marketing of Lenovo, and has been used in International presentations of the aforementioned companies’ advancements in web presence.

Paola,Transio's Marketing Director, boasts over 10 years of experience working in various areas of the web media industry.  She started her career at BitTime.com, a high-tech marketing company, where she worked as a web and graphic designer. She since moved on to Netspace, where she led the development of web marketing efforts. Later, Paola moved to DJS Marketing, a leading luxury brand marketing agency, where she worked as the director of web marketing. Paola has unsurpassed expertise in the development of online media placement strategies, PPC campaign management, and Web-based PR efforts.
